apple i̇pod control problem

Apple stopped the production and sales of the Ipod series product 2 years ago. these devices work with ipod as we know, but ipods started to malfunction in the current field and there is no service. users are having trouble using this product. They consult us as Bienair Service but I don't know what to say.
